National Gallery : Giovanni da Rimini

An exhibition of paintings by Giovanni da Rimini is ongoing until October 8 at the National Gallery in London.

It should be noted in this regard that the London Museum in 2015 acquired some important paintings: scenes from the Lives of the Virgin and other Saints. Thanks to the donation by Ronald S. Lauder.
Some works from Italian museums are also visible at the exhibition.
In the fourteenth century Rimini created a school of painters. One of the most active artists of the group was also Giovanni Baronzio. Among the most important achievements of these painters are the frescoes of Tolentino

Few frescoes from the same groups of artists are also in Pomposa Abbey
