Villa Valmarana ai Nani is a villa located at the gates of the city of Vicenza, on the slopes of the hill of San Bastian. The main building and the guesthouse of the villa were frescoed in 1757 by Giandomenico and his father Giambattista Tiepolo

the villa is owned by the Valmarana family since 1720.
Another family branch owns a famous villa called often La Rotonda

The artist inherited from his father a villa in the village of Zianigo. Giandomenico when he had free time frescoed the rooms with subjects as he liked. The frescoes were detached from the walls (1906) and are now visible at the Correr Museum in Venice.
